RHODA was born the oldest daughter of Brannick and Mary on 18 March 1859 on her parents' farm on Peach Creek, Fayette County, Texas. She died at her home in the Riggs Settlement, Cochise County, Arizona on 16 July 1929 and is buried in the Riggs Family Cemetery.

RHODA's PARENTS:

Rhoda's father was Brannick Riggs, born on 10 July 1828 in Marion County, Alabama. He died at his home, the Riggs Home Ranch in the Riggs Settlement, Cochise County, Arizona on 04 July 1907 at age 78 years 11 months 25 days and is buried in the Riggs Family Cemetery.

Rhoda's mother was Mary Elizabeth (Robbins) Riggs, born on 27 July 1838 in Franklin (near Nashville), Williamson County, Tennessee. She died at her home, the Riggs Home Ranch in the Riggs Settlement, Cochise County, Arizona on 05 February 1935 at age 96 years 6 months 9 days and is buried in the Riggs Family Cemetery.

Brannick and Mary were married on 10 July 1856 in Bastrop, Bastrop County, Texas and had eleven children. RHODA was their second child, first daughter.
