Dannie’s mother was Martha Riggs, born on December 12, 1908 in Colonia, Dublan, Chihuahua, Mexico. She died in Bridgham City, Box Elder County, Utah on March 8, 2007 and is buried in Pomerene, Cochise County, Arizona.

Leonard and Martha were married on December 4, 1939 in Lordsburg, Hidalgo County, New Mexico. They had four children. DANNIE was their third child, first son.
