Stark's father was John Casey Riggs, born 21 September 1874 in Los Animas, Bent County, Colorado. He died in Tucson, Pima County, Arizona on 04 January 1943 and is buried in the Riggs Family Cemetery.

Stark's mother was Jeanette Mary "Nettie" (Brauns) Riggs, born on 22 April 1876 in Upper Sandusky, Wyandot County, Ohio. She died in Tucson, Pima County, Arizona on 23 January 1958 and is buried in the Riggs Family Cemetery.  ( 3 H )

John and Nettie were married on 03 March 1910 in Upper Sandusky, Wyandot County, Ohio and had four children. STARK was their second child, second son.

STARK's WIVES

STARK and ANNA LEE were married on 10 March 1940 at Anna Lee's parents home in Willcox, Cochise County, Arizona. They had three children.

ANNA LEE (McALEB) RIGGS was born on 10 December 1921 in Willcox, Cochise County, Arizona. She died at the Willcox Hospital in Willcox, Cochise County, Arizona on 25 August 1954 at the age of 32 and is buried in the Riggs Family Cemetery.

Anna Lee's father, Edward B McAleb, was born on 12 February 1891 in Gibson, Arkansas. He died in the Willcox Hospital, Willcox, Cochise County, Arizona on xxxxxxxx in 1975 and is buried in the Willcox Cemetery, Willcox, Cochise County, Arizona.

Anna Lee's mother,  was Jessie Frances (Courington) McAleb, born on 04 January 1893 near Heavener, Choctaw Nation IT, Oklahoma. She died at Tucson Medical Center in Tucson, Pima County, Arizona on xxxxxxxx in 1984 and is buried in the Willcox Cemetery, Willcox, Cochise County, Arizona.
