John's mother was Mary Elizabeth (Robbins) Riggs, born on 27 July 1838 in Franklin (near Nashville), Williamson County, Tennessee. She died at her home, the Riggs Home Ranch in the Riggs Settlement, Cochise County, Arizona on 05 February 1935 at age 96 years 6 months 9 days and is buried in the Riggs Family Cemetery.

Brannick and Mary were married on 10 July 1856 in Bastrop, Bastrop County, Texas and had eleven children. John was their eighth child, fifth son.

JOHN's WIFE:

JOHN and "NETTIE" were married on 03 March 1910 in Upper Sandusky, Wyandot County, Ohio. They had four children.

"NETTIE" was born on 22 April 1876 in Upper Sandusky, Wyandot County, Ohio. She died in Tucson, Pima County, Arizona on 23 January 1958 at age 81 years 9 months 1 day and is buried in the Riggs Family Cemetery.

"Nettie's" father was Earl Ewald Brans, born on xx,xx,xxxx in 1832. He died in 1881.

"Nettie's" mother was Mary Anna Ruff, born on xx,xx,xxxx in 1838. She died in 1922.

"Nettie's" parents were married in xxxxx on xx,xx,xxxx and had xx children. NETTIE was their 7th child, 4th daughter.
